WHERE DO I COME ABOARD?
We can pick up our guests at various locations in Venice, Englewood and Placida. We try to be accommodating.
HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY TOUR?
Please arrive a at least 15-20 minutes before our scheduled departure.
CAN I BRING MY OWN COOLER?
We provide a cooler filled with ice, waters and space for your items/beverage but yes, if you don't want to use ours or need another cooler.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Yes, you are welcome to bring anything you'd like to eat or drink including alcoholic beverages as long as you are of legal drinking age and drink responsibly.
CAN I BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
Absolutely, as long as you are of legal drinking age and drink responsibly.
WHAT IS BAD WEATHER POLICY?
Safety is our #1 priority. We check the local weather frequently and try to work around the weather but if we need to cancel a trip, we will do our best to reschedule the trip. If rescheduling isn't possible, then a refund is offered.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel for any reason, please give us at least one week's (7 days) notice before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before your scheduled departure will forfeit your $100 deposit and is not refundable.
HOW DO I TIP THE CAPTAIN?
Tipping is not required but always appreciated. A customary tip in the boating industry is 15%-20% of the tour price, similar to other hospitality services. Tips may be given in Cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle . Cash is always preferred and appreciated.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
These are just the baisc recommendations-towels, sunglasses, hats/visors, sunscreen, cover ups, sweat shirts, snacks and drinks, camera/phone for pictures, small cooler if desired.
