Payment and Cancellation Policy (Agreement & Terms)
Once your reservation is approved, a $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the remaining balance due at departure. Cancellations made one week (7 days) or more prior to your scheduled tour time will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations of less than one week, no-shows, or late arrivals are non-refundable. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund of deposit.
