Payment and Cancellation Policy (Agreement & Terms)

Once your reservation is approved, a $75 deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the remaining balance due at departure. Cancellations made one week (7 days) or more prior to your scheduled tour time will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations of less than one week, no-shows, or late arrivals are non-refundable. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund of deposit.
